improving its service.

Dear sir or madam,

I am a frequent user of the library, and would like to thank you for

providing students with such excellent service. That said, I have two

suggestions for you to better your service.

First, it would be very helpful if you would provide an outdoors

drop-off slot for books. I often walk by the library on my way home

from class, and it would save me a lot of time if I could simply drop

my books in the slot rather than going inside and giving the books to

the librarian.

Second, I would be delighted if you would expand the size of the

computer lab. Currently, I often have to wait for quite a while

before a computer becomes available.
